About Anne
Anne Luke is a teen and parent coach, speaker, and expert in adolescent development. With over 25,000 hours spent in meaningful conversations with high school students and their parents, Anne brings deep insight into what motivates teens and how families can work together to foster confidence, purpose, and direction. She is passionate about helping teenagers uncover their “why”--the internal drive that fuels ambition and meaningful success.
Anne holds a bachelor’s degree in English from UCLA, where she also competed as a Division I Women’s Soccer player. She earned her master’s degree in Counseling with top honors from Franciscan University of Steubenville. In 2003, she co-founded an educational services company dedicated to helping high school students take ownership of their academic performance and future plans. After two decades of leadership in that space, Anne now focuses on coaching teens and parents directly, as well as speaking to schools and organizations across the country.
School administrators, counselors, and psychologists frequently consult Anne for her thoughtful approach to guiding young people through the critical high school years. When she’s not supporting teens or empowering families, Anne enjoys spending time with her family and friends and living a healthy, active life in her native Orange County.
