About Anne
Anne Luke is an educator, speaker, and co-founder of Future Focused, an educational service company established to foster the academic growth of high school students. With over 25,000 hours spent speaking with students and their parents, Anne is passionate about helping teenagers discover their purpose and passion—the forces that fuel ambition and foster success. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from UCLA (where she also played Division 1 Women’s Soccer) and a master’s degree with top honors in Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
Today she consults independently with parents and teenagers, helping them navigate adolescent challenges, build self-confidence, and set meaningful goals. She also works with non-profits and schools to equip their students with the tools and guidance needed to succeed. Her expertise is frequently sought by high school administrators and psychologists, who consider her a thought leader in adolescent development and education. When she’s not working, Anne enjoys spending time with family and friends and living an active, healthy life in her native Orange County.

“I’ve seen firsthand that you have always made your priority helping kids fulfill their potential and your success is a reflection of your passion to helping kids succeed. I suspect your success is also due in part to honoring relationships. You have been a trusted resource for me for over 20 years and I appreciate all of your support for me and my students.”

“I’m a teacher of junior high students and I look to Anne as a thought leader in the teen space. I consult her on tricky situations with my students to ensure I’m looking at all of the extenuating factors contributing to the student’s motivation and deeper learning needs. I’ve recommended her to school administrators, counselors and families from my school and always receive excellent feedback on her services. I highly recommend her as an expert with teenagers!”
