Executive Functioning Coaching Program

Our Executive Functioning Coaching Program is designed to help junior high, high school and college students develop essential skills like organization, time management, and effective study habits—skills that are often critical for academic success but not always intuitive for teens.

These abilities are governed by the brain’s executive functions, which continue to mature well into young adulthood. In fact, research shows that the prefrontal cortex, responsible for planning, decision-making, and self-regulation, isn’t fully developed until the mid-20s. This extended period of development is why many teens and young adults may find it challenging to stay organized, manage deadlines, and follow through on goals.

Our coaching provides students with individualized strategies to create routines, build effective systems, and develop habits that help them manage these responsibilities confidently. Working with a dedicated coach offers the guidance and support they need to turn these formative years into a foundation for lifelong success.

What People Are Saying ...

“My son has ADD and struggled with executive functioning skills and motivation. After working with Anne, I saw an incredible transformation. She taught him practical systems to combat the forgetfulness so common with students like him. As he became more organized and learned to manage his time, his motivation soared. He gained confidence and started taking ownership of his life. It was a mother’s dream come true!”

“It’s no exaggeration to say this program changed my daughter’s life—and mine too! More than anything, she gained confidence and the belief that she was capable of achieving her goals. On a practical level, she learned essential skills: how to study in a way that works for her, strategies to overcome her challenges, and goal-setting techniques that she continues to use in college. Before, I found myself constantly nagging her. This program allowed me to step back, giving her the space to step up—and she did. We are so grateful! Even now, in her second year of college, I see the lasting impact of these changes.”

“This is the meaning of the phrase atomic habits — a regular practice or routine that is not only small and easy to do, but also the source of incredible power; a component of the system of compound growth.”
